You incur no costs throughout the entire year such as operating expenses, service fees, renovation or maintenance costs. The operator assumes all tasks relating to the operation, administration and value retention of your investment – in cooperation with the representative of the owners’ association. This allows you to enjoy a completely relieved, passive form of capital investment.
As an owner, you participate in 50% of the profit* generated by the future Dorint Hotel Saas-Fee. The profit participation is calculated proportionally according to the size of your unit in relation to the entire property complex.

We distinguish between hotel studios with an open living and sleeping area and hotel studios with a separate bedroom – both equipped with a living area, modern kitchenette and high-quality bathroom.
Their sizes and floor plans appeal to couples and solo travellers all year round and ensure stable occupancy.
The Dom 4545 hotel suites offer two separate bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, an open kitchen as well as a stylishly equipped bathroom – in some hotel suites additionally with a separate WC.
They are perfect for longer stays and are particularly preferred by families and guests who value space and privacy.
A special concept at Dom 4545 is the flexible hotel suite: two adjacent hotel studios can either be rented individually or – when the movable partition wall is opened – merge into a spacious hotel suite of around 94 m².
